Between 2023-10-09 10:00:00 AEST and 2023-10-09 10:12:00 AEST, some customers may have seen errors when calling the Stax API.

After being alerted to elevated error rates on the Stax API in the AU1 region we identified an issue with a downstream system that was resulting in an error for some users, no additional errors have been detected and we'll work to continue to improve the resiliency of this service.

We apologise for the disruption.
